John Gliha Exposes Corrupt HOA and Court System
![]() | IntroductionMy home was stolen by the Orange County Court system with the help of the Bristol Estates Homeowners Association, County Judge John E. Jordan, and their attorney, Karen J. Wonsetler. I was a whistle-blower in the neighborhood and going to expose their skimming of money from our dues and other illegal conduct, so their solution was to refuse my dues payments and then bring a fake foreclosure action to remove me from the neighborhood. I guess that wasn't enough for them, because it cost them about $48,000, nearly half of their annual budget, they were so vengeful that they filed a series of police reports (every day for about six weeks) against my wife and I until they finally convinced the local sheriff that we should both be arrested for grand theft and forgery and criminal mischief. They claimed that we "stole the community gates and damaged them". I guess if you call enough times the cops will just do what you want, without regard to the facts. This has cost my good name and reputation and I have suffered the loss of millions of dollars because of it. We are just now recovering, emotionally and financially, and it's about time to go after these faggots for all of the damages, including but not limited to Shawn Mack, Dhafer Jouini and David Willis. These are the former board members that were voted out by my neighbors because of what they did to me and my family, but not soon enough before the damage was already done. |
Approach
I'm going to publish more details for those who really want to know how this may affect them in the future. Part of this project involves amending Chapter 720 of the Florida Statutes that would prevent homeowners associations from locking people out of the gate system and foreclosing on their homes for any reason at all. These associations have too much power and have been hijacked by third party corporations. The association includes the owners of the homes in the communities, not the corporation on which the board of directors sits. The corporation is not the association, it's a third party, and many of these corporations act in the capacity of the association members because most people do not have time to deal with these organizations, and then they commission yet additional parties (management companies) to manage the communities. If my neighbors had responded to my many newsletters and requests to get involved early enough, we could have prevented the millions of dollars in damages and suffering experienced by my family.
